RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days as part of our satisfaction guarantee commitment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of products we sell, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please make your selections carefully. Bellow is a list of non-returnable and non-exchangeable items:
- Gift cards
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Some health and personal care items like Skincare or Hair care items due to health reasons.
- Perishable goods such as newspapers, magazines etc cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in our discretion where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) as described bellow:
- Certain products with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Actual times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account.
Then contact your financial institution. In certain cases it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Items on sale can be returned and exchanged just like regular items.
We generally strive to provide you with a worry free shopping and after sales experience as part of our satisfaction guarantee. We will replace or exchange items including but not limited to the following reasons:
- The product is defective or damaged at time of delivery.
- The product is on recall.
- Customer had a change of mind.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will provide a refund if proof of purchase is presented.
To return your product, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will promptly provide you with everything you need to complete your return including a return shipping label.

Most of our products ship for free within the US. However, we will refund your shipping costs if any.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned or exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
